In the section of own objects, the list of objects owned by the spy is always displayed. The list of non-published objects is displayed only in your diary (My diary). Each spy must administer his/her objects. After an object has been created, it has to go through several statuses until it can be published.
Statuses of a non-published object:
under preparation: a status which is set up automatically after the object has been created. The object is not shown on the map. The object can be seen by its owner only. Under this status, the owner of the object can set up the for publishing status.
for publishing: a status, which can be set up by the owner of the building. In this status, the object can be seen by the operator. The operator helps the owner prepare the object for publishing. As soon as the operator publishes the object - it will change to the public status.
A published object can be public or inaccessible. The author or operator can archive the published object.
Statuses of a published object:
public: a status following the publishing of an object. The object can be seen on the map and can be worked with normally. Under this status, the owner of the object can set up the inaccessible or archived status
inaccessible: a status of an object, which says that there is an obstacle to securing the object. The object is temporarily out of operation, inaccessible, removed, etc. In this status, the owner of the object can set up statuses: inaccessible or archived
Inaccessible object can be found on the map, in the statistics and profiles of users. A report on securing can be entered there and photos can be loaded.
It is a temporary condition. Usually, it has a serious cause. The cause can be usually found in the additional message of the inaccessible type. The object is inaccessible due to structural changes, etc.
An object can be activated/deactivated or archived only by the owner of the building or the GeoSpy operator.
archived: a status, when the object does not appear on the map. The object cannot be secured – no messages can be added to it. The „archived“ status is the same both for published and non-published objects.
The object cannot be found on the map or in the files, statistics. However, it can be seen in user's profiles. A report on securing cannot be entered there and photos cannot be loaded.
Archiving is mostly permanent. Usually, it has a serious cause. The cause can be usually found in the additional report of the „inaccessible“ type. The object could have been removed, it is inaccessible due to structural or any other changes, or it has breached the GeoSpy rules.
An object can be archived only by the owner of the object or the GeoSpy operator. The object can be unarchived only by the GeoSpy operator.
Note: Archived objects can be unarchived upon agreement with the operator.
Your own object will be visited by other spies, who can add reports to it. The system will send notification about any new message to your e-mail. As the owner of the object, you are entitled to delete any message. Other spies will rate your object both in terms of popularity and the quality of its recording.
